For NIT, say the main gate or the hostel. For a house, name a bus stop or a shop. Chathamangalam is spread across hills and paddy, and “Chathamangalam” alone is a large area. The PIN gets the post there. It does not get a cab to the right lane.

No. It is the neighbouring town, on the Wayanad road, a short cab or bus ride rather than a walk with bags.
