Airport taxi from NIT Calicut to Karipur
NIT Calicut is at Chathamangalam on the Mukkam road, about 22 km north-east of Kozhikode. The airport is the other way, at Karipur. NIT’s own note puts Calicut International Airport about 45 km from the campus. This is not the IIM road.

The road
The campus sits along the Calicut–Mukkam road. The cab comes off that road into Kozhikode, then south toward Ramanattukara and Karipur. IIM is a different turn, at Kunnamangalam on NH 766. Do not send “Calicut” as the pickup. Send “NIT main gate” and the hostel if you have it.
Early flights are the ones that go wrong when the booking is a morning message. Send the flight number the night before. We agree the fare before the cab leaves the hostel gate.
Landing the other way
From Karipur to NIT the same kilometres apply, in reverse, and you still cross the city. Meet at the airport pickup you name. There is no claim of a counter inside the terminal. Call for the lowest fare for that flight.

NIT’s about page puts Calicut International Airport about 45 km from the campus. Allow about an hour and a quarter to an hour and three quarters.
Is this the same cab as the IIM airport taxi?
Same desk, different road. IIM starts at Kunnamangalam. NIT starts at Chathamangalam on the Mukkam road. The fare follows the gate.
